A new smart phone Xperia Z Ultra was launched today by Sony . The LTE-capable 6.44-inch phablet is the first smartphone from sony mobile and is believed to be the biggest handset from the company . The appropriate word for the Xperia Z Ultra would be phablet as the new product manages to bedim the difference between a smartphone and a tablet , adding a feather to the brand's hat .
The new Sony Xperia Z Ultra is merely 6.5 mm thick and weighs around 212 grams . There are speculations about Xperia Z Ultra being the world's slimmest smartphone but Huawei's Ascend P6 with 6.18mm thickness has different story to say . Nonetheless , it is a very attractive looking handset with resilient glass on both the front and the rear combined by a metallic frame giving it a polished and trendy appeal .
