The great sahukaar or The Big Bazaar

Why is that  the Indian middle class is so apprehensive about getting into malls and buying branded items. Why this dilemma of  choosing between the sahukaar or the kalakaar . We middle class people are expected to honor the motto jiti lambi chadar ho utna hi pair failana chahiye ( spend only as much as you can afford) and we like ever Indians do so without even considering the length of our chadar .

First of all we are living in this superstition that the items sold in big organisations(Big Bazaar , More, Star Bazaar) are costly and out of our pocket's reach `rarely do we think of getting into one of the organisations and make note of their prices (that would be a bit creepy though).Adding to the nervousness is the hesitation of what people might think in case we come out empty handed .Man! who cares , do you think the watch man standing over there is waiting for you , no !ofcourse not and even if he is just ignore him as he is not your rishtedaar .

The question is when you are being provided with such good deals then why hesitate . Let us take BIG BAZAAR for example , speaking frankly it does give good deals and why just Big Bazaar you have several others out there like MORE , Vishal Megamart . Mr. Kishore Biyaani is immersed in loses, please help him out  by emptying your pockets ( Don't take me seriously on the note)

Its time we become a bit brand conscious and yes I am not asking you to sacrifice your neighbourhood kiranawallas  or the nearby local stores but for the sake of our country's economy and  globalisation we can spare some of our valuable time and go for some real shopping. This wouldn't just make the Biyaani's and the Birla's happy but also your wife and mother ...So just think about it!
